About the Designer's Background and Experience
Christine's creative energy, ideas and inspiration draw upon a wealth of practical experience as a busy homemaker-mother of 3 young children, a teacher of preschool and young children's drawing-art classes, as well as formal training and experience as an illustrator and graphic designer in Vancouver and Hong Kong. The two graphics below are reflective of observations of her family and children's lives, her husband, daughter and two sons.
Her work has included hands-on teaching of art skills-development / "art-appreciation" classes for younger children at the Crystal Mall, in the Metrotown area of Burnaby, BC. Not surprisingly her work with children enhances her ability to create graphic teaching-aids and learning tools and for young children, teachers and parents.
In recent years she has transferred and augmented her talent with color-imagery and aesthetics in work as an illustrator and graphic's professional to the arena of Interior Design consulting and developing home renovation projects (see our Interior Design Dept.)
